Newcom Park Fund
As you may know, the City of Dayton will be replacing the playground equipment
in Newcom Park. However, this project does not include any new park benches or trash
receptacles – an improvement that our park has needed for a long time.
 |
In order to
make the revitalization project complete, a fund-raising campaign was initiated last
Fall. The goal of this campaign is to raise enough money to purchase eight park
benches and five trash receptacles. So far, we have raised $3,286 toward our overall
goal of $15,000. Thank you to all those that have given to this worthwhile project.
